Our Concrete Odor Sealing Process
Inspection
We locate all odor-contaminated concrete using UV light, moisture meters, and odor-detection tools.
Surface Prep
We remove damaged flooring, scrape adhesives or residue, and vacuum thoroughly. We dry sand the surface as needed to ensure proper bonding.
Oxidizer Soak
On concrete and sealed surfaces only (like tile, linoleum, or epoxy-coated floors), we may apply a targeted oxidizer soak to break down odor compounds but only when necessary. We do not use water-based products unless there is visible feces, pooled urine, or disinfecting needs.
Odor Encapsulation
We apply our professional-grade Odor Encapsulator Sealer to trap urine vapor inside porous concrete. Once sealed, the odor will not return guaranteed for 5 years.

Yes — bleach is relatively safe for concrete and can help with mild surface odors. But it’s not a permanent solution for deep contamination.
We do not recommend it. Vinegar is acidic and will etch the surface, making the concrete more porous and harder to seal properly.
